Every idea is explained with a kitchen: your project is the kitchen, AI agents are the chefs, your prompt is the order ticket. Each episode follows the same path for every concept: kitchen metaphor, the real 1DevTool screen, a vocabulary card, then "Try it now".

Season 1 takes Lan from "I don't know what code is" to running a small software business for cafés, and teaching the next beginner. By the finale you know about 200 words that developers use every day, and you have built along with her.

Every episode has an honesty beat: what it costs, where it gets complicated, and where the AI was wrong.

## What you will learn

- Work with one AI coding agent, then a whole team of them
- Git without fear: history, worktrees, merging, pull requests
- Teach agents once with rules files, skills, MCP servers and hooks
- Let work run while you sleep: handoff, autopilot, schedules, your phone
- Stay calm in an incident: roll back, reproduce, read logs, rotate a leaked key
- Go public properly: environments, deploy, DNS, HTTPS, accounts, payments
- Turn a side project into a small product, and read the real AI bill

## Lessons

1. [Your first app with an AI chef](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-1-your-first-app-with-an-ai-chef) (31 min) — A website quote of 20 million đồng sends Lan to her cousin Tú, who teaches her to run one AI chef: order, taste, save, open the doors.
2. [The Kitchen Brigade](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-2-the-kitchen-brigade) (21 min) — One chef isn't enough. Lan stops cooking and starts managing: tasks, plans, a brigade of AI agents with roles, pipelines and a router.
3. [The Shared Kitchen](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-3-the-shared-kitchen) (23 min) — Nephew Bin joins. Git for beginners: history, worktrees, merging, conflicts, pull requests, and the house rules for a shared repo.
4. [The House Recipe Book](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-4-the-house-recipe-book) (21 min) — Teach your AI chefs once: rules files, skills, MCP servers, hooks, memory, prompt history, screenshots and custom agents.
5. [The Night Shift](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-5-the-night-shift) (25 min) — A second café opens across town. Handoff, autopilot, scheduled prompts, a paired second computer, and your phone as mission control.
6. [Rush Hour](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-6-rush-hour) (21 min) — Something broke in front of customers. Roll back, reproduce, read logs and stack traces, test, rotate a leaked key, write a post-mortem.
7. [Open to the World](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-7-open-to-the-world) (26 min) — Going properly public: environments, one-click deploy, your own domain with DNS and HTTPS, customer accounts, payments, Postgres, Docker and SSH.
8. [From Café to Company](https://academy.stoicsoft.com/en/courses/ai-kitchen/lessons/ep-8-from-cafe-to-company) (22 min) — Season finale. One app for many cafés, the real AI bill, several accounts at once, feedback into tasks, a roadmap, and Lan teaches Bin his first app.

## The cast

- **Lan** — Café owner, our learner
- **Tú** — Lan's developer cousin
- **Bin** — Lan's nephew, joins in Ep 3
- **The AI chefs** — Coding agents in 1DevTool
- **Mochi** — The cat, one cameo per episode

## Questions

**Do I need to know how to code?**

No. The series starts from zero. Lan has never programmed; every word is introduced with a kitchen metaphor before the real screen.

**Is it free?**

Yes. Every episode is on YouTube. Signing in only adds progress tracking and comments; it uses the same StoicSoft account as feedback.stoicsoft.com.

**Which language should I pick?**

The Vietnamese and English versions tell the same story with the same screens. Switch any time with the EN/VI toggle; progress is per lesson, not per language.

**What tool is used?**

1DevTool, a desktop workspace for AI coding agents with a built-in browser, database, HTTP client and git. The free plan is enough for the series; a few screens use Pro features and say so.
